📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, delivery may take extra time.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹799/-.

  • Orders below that amount will have a flat shipping fee of ₹120.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may have an extra handling fee.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.

  • You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

⚠️ Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
